This is the #1 question we hear from our customers. We do NOT hire other DJ's to perform at our events. You will meet your DJ/MC's and have the opportunity to talk with them before you have to decide if we are right for you.
2) How can we get in touch with you?
We provide you 24X7 access to us. Our Office Number, Cell Phone Numbers and even our Home Telephone Numbers. We understand that you may have questions beyond the normal workday, that is why we are ALWAYS available.
3) I don't know what I need to do at my wedding, can you Help?
Of course. We do this every week and with our assistance, we will guide you through this "Once in a Lifetime" event. Our wedding coordinator is your "Go-To" person.
4) What time will you arrive at our wedding?
We will be there no later than 1 hour before the start of your wedding. It won't take us that long to set up, but we want to make sure we are ready to play before your first guest arrives.
5) Do you put up a Banner or Sign?
Absolutely NOT! we are not there to get new business, we are there to provide you with the wedding of your dreams.
6) Do you belong to any associations? are you licensed?
We belong to the American Disc Jockey Association (ADJA) and various other organizations. Although there is no DJ governing body, the ADJA strives to make sure that their members are professional and provide a quality service.
7) I see all that you have to offer, does it cost more for those things?
We do not charge extra for ANYTHING. Our fee is all encompassing. wireless Microphone's are included, playing your requests are included, etc. Also, we do NOT charge for setup or teardown time.
8) Will you play requests?
Absolutely! It is YOUR wedding, we will play you and your guests requests as long as they meet your guidelines.
9) What if you don't have a specific song we want?
This almost never happens, but if you do happen to want a song that we do not have and cannot purchase, we would be happy to play your CD.
10) How will you be dressed for my wedding?
We will either be in Tuxedo or a formal suit. If it is a themed wedding and you would like for us to dress in accordance, please let us know.
11) can we select what songs we want to hear?
We would be happy to sit with you and create "Must Play" and "Don't Play" lists.
12) Can we see you do a wedding somewhere?
This is a tough one. While I understand your concern about our skills, a wedding is a private event. Digital Enhancement is not able to invite someone to view their performance. I would encourage you to contact our references, they are the best form of insight into our skills and our exceptional services.
13) How many meetings will we have to go over the details?
As many as it takes. Normally, we get everything done in two meetings, but if there are questions left, we will continue to work with you until you are satisfied with the outcome.
